As if we haven't heard it before, Swiss travel company Kuoni Reisen Holding AG reiterated to Bloomberg's Geneva bureau reporter, Thomas Mulier, that with the airline industry predictably having losses greater than $6.1 billion by the end of the 2008 year, incentives to travel and "fly-for-free opportunities" will become a thing of the past.
